CrumbControl Privacy Policy

CrumbControl ("the app") is a baking inventory and cost-tracking app published by nawd ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: the app keeps your data on your own device and in your private iCloud. We do not run servers that collect it.

Data you create stays on your device

Your ingredients, recipes, stock levels, costs, and bake history are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device database. We have no access to this data.

iCloud sync (optional, Premium)

If you turn on iCloud sync, this data is synchronized through your private iCloud account using Apple CloudKit so it is available across your devices. It is stored in your private iCloud database; we cannot access it. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Apple may share aggregated, non-identifying purchase information with us.

Advertising (free version)

The free version shows banner ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, approximate location, and app-usage information to serve and measure ads. We do not control AdMob's data practices; see Google's policies. Upgrading to Premium removes all ads.

Notifications

With your permission, the app schedules local low-stock reminders on your device. These are generated on-device and are not sent to us.

No account, no tracking by us

The app does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, or contacts. We do not run our own analytics and do not track you across other apps or websites.

Children

CrumbControl is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Your choices

You can disable iCloud sync in Settings, decline notifications, and remove all app data by deleting the app. Manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
